Everything a class owner usually asks.
Do my students need to create an account or download an app?
No. Students interact entirely via email links — to schedule trials, handle cancellations, and pick make-up slots. Nothing to download, no account to create. They just click a link and they're done.
How can I import my existing students?
You can just upload your phone contacts directly to ClassOps. Alternately, ClassOps supports bulk importing students via CSV. You can also add students one by one as you go.
Does ClassOps work for both online and offline classes?
Yes. Online classes get a Google Meet link created automatically and sent to the student and teacher. Offline classes show the venue. You can mix both in the same studio across different teachers.
I already use Google Calendar. Will ClassOps conflict with it?
No. ClassOps syncs with Google Calendar — it doesn't replace it. Your existing events stay untouched. ClassOps adds class events and checks teacher availability against their existing calendar before scheduling anything new.
Can students pay in their own currency?
Yes. With Stripe, students can pay in 135+ currencies using cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and supported regional methods such as PayNow, FPX, GrabPay, Cash App Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay where eligible, while you receive payouts in your own currency and bank account. Without Stripe, students can pay through PayPal or your own UPI, Pix, or PromptPay account by link or QR code. UPI students can use apps such as BHIM, PhonePe, Google Pay, and Paytm. Cash and bank transfers can also be recorded manually, and every method stays in the same payment history.
Can students pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay?
Yes. When you connect Stripe, supported students can use Google Pay or Apple Pay alongside cards and other available payment methods. Availability depends on the student's country, device, wallet, and Stripe Checkout eligibility.
How much does ClassOps cost?
ClassOps is free for your first 10 active students — no time limit, no credit card required. Beyond 10 students, it's $0.50 per additional active student per month. No per-teacher charges, no feature paywalls. Every feature is included from day one.
Can I use only certain features — just scheduling, or just payments?
Yes. Every module is optional. Use manual payment recording, Stripe, PayPal, UPI, Pix, PromptPay, or skip payments entirely. Connect Google Calendar or don't. Run lead forms or manage students directly. ClassOps works around how you already run your business.
Is my student data secure?
Yes. ClassOps runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, which powers security for millions of businesses globally. Student data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export or delete your data at any time — no lock-in.
Is there an AI assistant?
